What is your role at ATC:
I am a Business Analyst here at ATC!
How long have you been with the company?
I have been with ATC a little over a year and a half now.
What first drew you to ATC, and what have you seen change over the years?
I was drawn to ATC when I saw the details of the job posting for their Business Analyst position. It enticed me because it offered the opportunity to put all of the knowledge I had gained in college to work, as well as giving me the chance to learn about a new industry I had never worked in before. The biggest change I have seen in my time here is how much our company has grown. It is incredible how many great new hires we have added to our team!
How do you balance your career as well as having a personal life?
I really try hard to make sure I set that fine line between work life and personal life. Setting up a schedule of when I am available to co-workers and customers, while making sure I get all of my tasks completed for the day is important. When I am off the clock, I am very present and make sure to dedicate that time to my family, boyfriend, friends and pets so that I do have that balance.
What are your hobbies outside of ATC?
My hobbies include; golfing, hiking, traveling, binging Netflix shows (like most millennials) and cheering on the Green Bay Packers (Go Pack Go!) and the Penn State Nittany Lions (We are!) on game days!
When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?
I take a nap – I think I can speak for most people when I say that we took nap time for granted when we were younger! J
What is your favorite thing about working at ATC?
My favorite thing about working at ATC is the culture. Ken and ATC have really done a fantastic job of making sure that all of us employees know we are valued and an integral part of keeping the company running.
Before working at ATC, what was your most interesting or unusual job?
My most interesting jobs before ATC took place in the sports realm. I was a golf caddie, taekwondo instructor and ice hockey scorekeeper at different points throughout my life!
